Refund & Returns Policy
At Shop Fox’s Den, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
🔁 Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Items NOT eligible for return:

Custom or special-order products

Clearance or final sale items

💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

Notify you that we’ve received it

Inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us and we’ll arrange it.
🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
❗ Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Contact your payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
